Service Description

We provide pre-purchase vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical evaluations.
All findings are based only on what is visible and accessible at the time of inspection.

We do not dismantle vehicles.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is ONLY confirmed once payment has been made.
If payment is not completed, the time slot may be given to another customer.

Travel Times

Inspections require travel.
Travel begins as soon as the inspector leaves their location.

If an inspection is cancelled after the engineer has set off, no refund is possible.

Report Delivery

Reports are usually delivered:

• Same day (evening) for bookings before 3pm

• Next morning for bookings after 3pm

• Short reports may still be delivered the same day depending on workload

Delays may occur during peak times, but we always try to deliver promptly.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

• future faults that occur after inspection

• hidden defects not visible during inspection

• issues masked by traders (fresh oil, cleaned leaks, temporary fixes)

• any decisions made after the report

Our inspections reduce risk but cannot guarantee a perfect or fault-free vehicle.

We are independent and not affiliated with AA, RAC, or any dealer.

Confidentiality

Reports are for the paying customer only and cannot be shared publicly without written permission.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or emergencies.
